LP Tokens and Kamino's Unique Approach
Kamino differentiates itself by converting user staking into LP tokens, known as kTokens, which can then be used as collateral in the Kamino Lend system. This feature increases the flexibility of the protocol, enabling seamless token transfers between different platforms, facilitated by Kamino's liquidity vault.
Kamino Finance Liquidity Allocation
While most of these vaults are on Solana-based exchange Jito, Kamino has also expanded to include a new vault on SolBlaze, a liquid staking protocol on Solana with a TVL of $318 million. To encourage participation, the project has introduced 250,000 KMNO tokens and 20 million BLZE tokens, equivalent to an incentive of around $20,000.
