Assessment Criteria and Technical Recommendations
Grading of hackathon project submissions to Block Magic uses a points system that considers a variety of factors, including UX, technical implementation, practicality, and creativity.
Winning projects tend to have creative, refined, and practical products that push the limits of blockchain technology's capabilities.
While all project deliverables are evaluated holistically, there will be bonus points awarded for some Chainlink services that are used meaningfully in a project.

Please note that previous on-chain hackathon projects will not be accepted as valid submissions. The exception to this rule is if you and your team have built an existing project without onchain components. Such components can be added and submitted in any valid way.
