Trailblazers, TAIKO Airdrop Program, 12 Million TAIKO for the First Season!

Bittime – Taiko, a the zkRollup-based Layer 2 Ethereum network, has just announced the official launch of its Trailblazers incentive program. This program aims to encourage adoption and use of the Taiko network.

TAIKO Airdrop: 12 Million TAIKO Tokens  

The total prizes prepared for the first season of the TAIKO Trailblazers airdrop program reached 12 million TAIKO tokens. A total of 10 million TAIKO tokens will be allocated to users, while the remaining 2 million TAIKO tokens will be allocated to DApps built on the Taiko network. This program period will last for 3 months.

How to Get TAIKO Airdrop

Users can collect XP points (experience points) through various activities on the Taiko network. The more activities you do, the more XP points you get. Here are some activities that can increase the user's XP points:

• Perform cross-chain transfers of ETH and ERC-20 tokens
• Total value of transactions carried out
• Number of transactions carried out

Rating System for DApp

Apart from users, the Trailblazers program also provides its own ranking system for DApp developers. This ranking will be based on several metrics such as:

• The number of active wallets of unique users on their DApp
• The total volume of transactions that occurred on their DApp
• Gas usage on their DApp
• Total Value Locked (TVL) on their DApp

Program Mechanisms and Limitations

To ensure equitable rewards, the Trailblazers program applies daily limits to XP points earned in each activity category. User XP points will be reset with each new season. 

However, users who participated in previous seasons will receive a small XP bonus based on their points earned in the previous season. 

After the season ends, all eligible users can claim their TAIKO token rewards. The time period for claiming this reward is 30 days.
