The SEC has asked Ethereum spot ETF issuers to submit their preliminary S-1 drafts by this Friday. This document contains detailed information about the product, including investment strategies, fees and associated risks.
Then yesterday, Grayscale Investments filed a revised S-3 registration statement for the Ethereum Spot ETF.
On the other hand, JPMorgan estimates that demand for spot Ethereum ETFs will be much lower than demand for Bitcoin ETFs. This is because Bitcoin has a first-mover advantage thereby filling the overall demand for crypto assets in response to spot ETF approvals.
