Game Token Consolidation Voting Begins Today at Snapshot!

Bittime - Voting on the game token, submitted by the MBX Games team, has begun today on Snapshot. This proposal aims to simplify the MBX gaming token ecosystem by combining MBX token (MBX) and MBX Gold token (MBXG) into one new token called MBX.

Voting will take place from May 27, 14:00 UTC+9, to June 3, 14:00 UTC+9. For the proposal to be approved, a minimum of 50% "Yes" votes from the total MBX and MBXG tokens in circulation are required.

Goal of Game Token Consolidation

The MBX Games team believes that token consolidation will bring several benefits to the community, including:

• Increased liquidity: With just one token, trading will be easier and more efficient, thereby increasing token liquidity.
• Simplifying the ecosystem: Token consolidation will eliminate the confusion that users may face regarding two different tokens.
• Increased focus: With one token, the community's focus can be focused on development

MBX Token Consolidation Proposal Details

The MBX token consolidation proposal explains the exchange ratio that will be used to combine MBX and MBXG tokens. The exchange ratio is 1 MBX = 10 MBXG. This means that every 1 MBX token will be exchanged for 10 MBXG tokens.

How to Participate in Game Token Consolidation Voting

To participate in voting, users must have MBX or MBXG tokens stored in an Ethereum wallet. Users can connect their wallets to Snapshot and then vote “Yes” or “No” on the token consolidation proposal.
