Bittime -The price of the main cryptocurrency,Bitcoin (BTC)did not experience increased volatility in recent days, but remained stable in the range of $60,000-$61,000 (approximately IDR 960 million - IDR 976 million).
This is somewhat unusual, considering the substantial spikes recorded in late April and early May. Currently, BTC is worth around $61,600 (around IDR 985 million) based on CoinGecko data, with an increase of 1% in a day.
Bitcoin (BTC) Price Prediction Analysis
According to a number of analysts, this level will soon be replaced by a surge towards new record highs. X user Titan of Crypto was one of the people who predicted the scenario.
He recently observed Fibonacci circles on asset price charts, suggesting that a cycle peak of nearly $110,000 (around IDR 1.76 billion) could occur towards the end of 2024.
"This is a conservative price prediction. I think it will outperform," the analyst added.
Mikybull Crypto and Captain Faibik also outlined bullish predictions. The first argues that BTC is in “final preparations for a major surge after the halving,” while the second thinks that a breakout is “only a matter of time.”
Although the overall sentiment is bullish among analysts, there are also some bearish predictions. Michael van de Poppe visualizes a price drop to the $52,000-$55,000 range (around Rp. 832 million - Rp. 880 million) if BTC falls below the $61,000 (around Rp. 976 million) support zone.
Recall that the asset briefly fell to $60,800 (around Rp. 972 million) a few hours ago but later regained the important level.

A few days ago, Ripple's XRP made news by becoming one of the most discussed cryptocurrencies. It placed in second place, losing only to leader Monero (XMR).
The increased interest around XRP could have been generated by the latest abuse manifesto from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) .
As CryptoPotato reported, regulators recently called the company's upcoming stablecoin an "unregistered crypto asset."
