• Upgrade is Recommended When Stake is Slightly Outstanding: Anza advises validators to upgrade when the percentage of stake in arrears is less than 5%. This is to ensure the upgrade process runs smoothly and is not disrupted by problems with staking.
• Post-Upgrade Monitoring: After upgrading, validators are encouraged to take time to monitor the condition of their nodes. This monitoring aims to ensure the node functions properly after the upgrade.
• Problem Reporting: If a problem occurs after upgrading, validators can report it via the mb-validators channel on Discord. This communication channel serves to help validators overcome problems that may arise after the upgrade.

Latest Version and Future Improvements

Version v1.17.31 is the first step taken by the Anza team to address Solana network congestion. Later, further improvements will be available in version v1.18. With improvements to both versions, it is hoped that Solana network congestion can be resolved effectively.
