Worldcoin (WLD), a crypto project that carries the concept of "Proof of Human Existence", has acquired Ottr Finance, a crypto wallet startup that runs on the Solana network. The acquisition aims to improve user experience and expand Worldcoin's reach worldwide.

Tools for Humanity, the lead developer of Worldcoin, announced the acquisition in a statement released on Tuesday (1/3/2024). According to the statement, Ottr Finance will be merged into Tools for Humanity and contribute to the development of Worldcoin.
