This project was officially launched in January 2018 by the collaboration of Jimmy Zhong, Terrence Wang, Justin Li, Ray Xiao, Sa Wang, and Kevin Tan. Zhong, who had previously founded various tech startups in the United States and China, returned to Beijing after finishing college and co-founded IOST, among other projects.
